In order to reduce additional billing costs and maintain reasonable fees, we request that payment for treatment be made at the time of the visit.
If you would like our staff to process your dental insurance claims for you, please be sure to bring claim forms and all pertinent insurance information to the office for each visit. In many cases, we may be able to submit your claims to your insurance company electronically via our computers.
Please remember that your insurance coverage depends on the policy agreement between you (or your employer) and the insurance company. Please be aware that your insurance coverage may only partially pay for the services rendered. Any insurance payments will be credited to your account -- you will be responsible for any deductibles, co-payments and rejections by your insurance company. Our staff will assist you in any way that they can in answering questions about your dental insurance.
Pediatric Dentistry of the North Shore, LLC recognizes that everyone's time is valuable and every effort is made to avoid keeping patients waiting. Your appointment time is reserved for you and we ask that you arrive on time. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give our office at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to another patient.
Appointments for children under six years old are usually scheduled in the morning. Young children respond much more favorably earlier in the day when they are well rested. If desired, a “teen room” is available for adolescents. Saturday appointments are available.
Emergencies may arise at any time and we will do our best to accommodate your child. Our office can be contacted via our answering service for any urgent problems which may require immediate treatment.
